We're recruiting a Finance Manager

Job summary

To manage and ensure control of the funding, financial and corporate resources of the Charity to ensure a financially secure service, delivering value for money. 

You will work with the Co-Directors to advise and develop the financial strategy, model new projects, prepare annual and project budgets, and report on financial performance, contributing to the overall future strategic direction of the Charity. You'll manage the day-to-day finances for the Charity, and ensure all aspects of the financial systems are accurate and up to date, including banking, sales and purchase ledgers, payroll and cash management.

Key information

Contract type: Part time, permanent

Working hours: 3 days per week (22.5 hours), flexibility Monday through Friday

Starting salary range: Band D: £39,485 - £44,505 FTE, dependent on experience

Start date: After W/C 17 August 2026

Reports to: Co-Director

Location: Hybrid working, our office is located at 3 Pritchard Street, Bristol, BS2 8RH

Conditions:  Employment is on the condition of a satisfactory Enhanced DBS Check (organised by us) and employment references.
